Program Description
FrontCall is an AI-powered phone ordering service for restaurants. When you call a participating restaurant, our AI assistant takes your order and can send you text messages with order updates.
How You Opt In
During your phone call, after your order is placed, the AI assistant reads the following consent disclosure:
"Before we send you text messages about your order, we need your consent. You may receive SMS messages from FrontCall regarding your order. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our Privacy Policy is at frontcall.ai/privacy. Do you agree to receive these messages?"
You opt in by verbally responding "yes." SMS messages are only sent after you give consent. If you do not consent, no messages are sent.
What Messages You'll Receive
After opting in, you may receive 1–3 text messages per order, including:
- Order confirmation
- Order status updates (confirmed, modified, rejected, ready for pickup)
No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.

Opt-Out Instructions
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may reply START at any time to re-subscribe.
